Make An Offer Terms & Conditions
We are happy to consider offers for items we presently have available for sale. Items where offers will be considered have a large button that will allow you to "Make Offer" on the item and it will be located by the "Buy It Now" button. Items without the "Make Offer" feature are not open to offers. Please note these important facts when making an offer:
- Shipping & Sales Tax are not included as part of any offer and are calculated at checkout.
- If the offer is accepted, the item will be added to your cart at the agreed upon price.
- Make offer prices that are accepted cannot be combined with other discounts, sales or offers.
- Make offer items where the offer is accepted cannot be returned and are sold as is.
- For items On Sale, the "Make Offer" feature is not available, nor will offers be considered. In cases where it is used while an item is On Sale for any price less than the full list price, the transaction is subject to cancellation.
- We reserve the right to cancel any transaction without cause or recourse in instances of technical failures that allow combined discounts on any Make Offer Item.
